Part of TattleTech, this extension provides TattleTech with information about extensions and control panels at startup and system heap. The heap is a section of the computer's memory that is parceled out in different sized blocks according to the needs of a program. The heap is 'free' (available) memory that a computer relies upon when it needs to load and run programs; how much of the heap the program will need isn't known until the program is running. A heap can bcome fragmented, requiring compaction to allow the memory to be used more efficiently.
